Terms of service

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

We provide you with the following information:

By using the PARNALIA application ("Application") and related services, including the Parnalia conversational assistant ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application or Service.

The Inbound and Technical consulting services are guided services provided by an inbound consultant [or equivalent expert(s) designated by us]. During this service, we will assist you in developing outcomes related to the use of your tool or the PARNALIA platform and provide guidance on how you can achieve those results. This service consists of up to five (5) hours of remote access per month to an inbound consultant or equivalent expert(s) for strategic support and technical project guidance related to the service. Five (5) hours of total support may include phone conversations, email-based support, prep work, and any other activities related to the service. Unused hours expire at the end of each month and do not carry over. Expiration Period: 60 days from purchase.

The initial platform implementation training consists of access to a PARNALIA consultant to assist you and/or, if applicable, to develop outcomes related to the use of your PARNALIA subscription and provide guidance on how to achieve those results during your implementation, which may include phone conversations, email-based support, prep work, and any other activities related to the service. This service consists of up to ten (10) hours of service, which will be distributed throughout the duration of the billing period, which can be quarterly or annual.

FREE SUPPORT AND TRAINING SERVICE

PARNALIA offers free online training programs through the Application. The Service includes access to an artificial intelligence conversational assistant designed to provide information and assistance. While we strive to ensure the reliability and accuracy of these agents, PARNALIA assumes no responsibility for the decisions, actions, or results that may arise from their use. PARNALIA does not collect information about your behavior when interacting with its conversational assistant.

USE OF THE PARNALIA PLATFORM

PARNALIA is a marketing automation platform powered by ActiveCampaign technology that helps over 180,000 businesses in more than 170 countries connect and engage with their customers by automating many marketing, sales, and support processes using various tools such as website visitor tracking, app integrations, and artificial intelligence. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property rights in the Application, Service, and content generated by Parnalia belong to PARNALIA or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Application and Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

PARNALIA is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Application or Service, including the use of Parnalia.

USER CONDUCT

You agree to use the Application and Service in a respectful manner and in accordance with these Terms. Violation of these Terms may result in the suspension or termination of your access.

PRIVACY

The collection and use of your personal data are governed by PARNALIA Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.parnalia.com/en/politica-de-privacidad

MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

PARNALIA may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Application or Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. PARNALIA may also suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PARNALIA. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina.
